Students should follow the following schedule in paying tuition and other fees for each academic
year.
- Full or half of the total fees should be paid at the beginning of the first semester.
- The second half of the fees should be paid at the beginning of the second semester.
- There will be no issuance of Certificate for the degree in failure of due payment to the school.
There are a few limited scholarships for those who are critically in need, especially from remote
areas of the country. The few limited scholarships are the love and concerns of the followings:
- Friends of Burma (A foundation from USA)
- Tangbau Tawng Nu Memorial Fund (She was called by God during the Three-Years-Three-Hundred
{3/300} Mission of Kachin Baptist Convention in 1980.)
- Maji Roi Seng Memorial Fund (She was called by God during the Literacy Mission of Kachin Baptist
Convention in 1998.)
- Neil and Edna Sowards Fund (Theological Education Fund) – Scholarship through BATEM.
- Scholarship Fund from a certain percentage of the total amount from School Campaign.
- Other ways and means for extra expenses for the students are also explored.
- Certain part-time job opportunities within campus are also created for the willing students who
are really in need.
